Tomato, Garlic and Prawn Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 8 oz Cooked Prawns, chopped
  • 1 Jar Sacla Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped prawns, cooked rice, minced garlic and Sacla Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well.
  5. Fill each pepper with the mixture.
  6. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the peppers in a baking dish and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
