Ingredients:
- 1 Ciabatta Loaf
- ½ Cup Sacla Pesto alla Genovese
- Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Prosciutto
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise.
- Spread Sacla Pesto alla Genovese generously on both halves.
- Layer the mozzarella, tomatoes and prosciutto.
- Add fresh basil leaves.
- Season with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Close the sandwich and cut into portions.
- Serve immediately or wrap for a picnic.
