Italian Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ciabatta Loaf
  • ½ Cup Sacla Pesto alla Genovese
  • Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Prosciutto
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise.
  2. Spread Sacla Pesto alla Genovese generously on both halves.
  3. Layer the mozzarella, tomatoes and prosciutto.
  4. Add fresh basil leaves.
  5. Season with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Close the sandwich and cut into portions.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap for a picnic.
