Holiday Alfredo Pesto Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Jar Sacla Alfredo Pesto
- 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions and drain.
- Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Sacla Alfredo Pesto on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, sausage, spinach, mozzarella and Alfredo Pesto.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
