Holiday Alfredo Pesto Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 12 Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 Jar Sacla Alfredo Pesto
  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions and drain.
  3. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Sacla Alfredo Pesto on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, sausage, spinach, mozzarella and Alfredo Pesto.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
