Ingredients:
- 1 Pizza Dough
- ½ Cup Sacla Pesto alla Genovese
- 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Stretch the pizza dough into the desired shape.
- Spread the Sacla Pesto alla Genovese evenly over the base.
- Add the shredded mozzarella and pieces of fresh mozzarella.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is crisp and golden.
- Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
- Slice and serve immediately.
