Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Sacla Marinated Artichokes
- Mixed Salad Greens
- 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Walnuts, chopped
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving platter.
- Add the Sacla Marinated Artichokes.
- Scatter the blue cheese, walnuts and cherry tomatoes over the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Toss gently before serving.
