Artichoke Blue Cheese Fettuccine

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 1 Jar Sacla Marinated Artichokes
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the blue cheese until melted.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Fold in the Sacla Marinated Artichokes.
  8. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until evenly coated.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
