Ingredients:
- 12 oz Fettuccine
- 1 Jar Sacla Marinated Artichokes
- 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the blue cheese until melted.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
- Fold in the Sacla Marinated Artichokes.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
