Roasted Salmon fillets with Basil Pesto

Roasted Salmon fillets with Basil Pesto 15 minutes - 2 servings

Ingredients

2 flat salmon fillet (200g each)
Saclà Pesto alla Genovese
10 leaves of fresh rocket to garnish
2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice or a squeeze of fresh lime

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 250° C.
Arrange the Salmon fillets on an oiled baking pan and spread generously the Saclà Squeezy a Little Basil Pesto and lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
Roast per 10 mins or until cooked but still moist.
Serve hot garnished with the fresh rocket leaves.
