Cauliflower Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 Jar Sacla Alfredo Sauce
  • 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
  3. Drain well and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Pour the Sacla Alfredo Sauce over the cauliflower.
  5. Sprinkle with the mozzarella, Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
