Cauliflower Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 Large Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 Jar Sacla Alfredo Sauce
- 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
- Drain well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Pour the Sacla Alfredo Sauce over the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella, Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
