Tomato, Garlic and Prawn Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 Bell Peppers
- 8 oz Cooked Prawns, chopped
- 1 Jar Sacla Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 1 Cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped prawns, cooked rice, minced garlic and Sacla Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Fill each pepper with the mixture.
- Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the peppers in a baking dish and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
