Blue Cheese and Artichoke Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar Sacla Marinated Artichokes
  • Mixed Salad Greens
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving platter.
  2. Add the Sacla Marinated Artichokes.
  3. Scatter the blue cheese, walnuts and cherry tomatoes over the salad.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Toss gently before serving.
