Turkey and Veggie Alfredo Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Cooked Turkey, shredded
  • 1 Jar Sacla Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the turkey, mixed vegetables and Sacla Alfredo Sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the filling to a pie dish.
  5. Cover with the puff pastry and trim any excess.
  6. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Cut a few small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
