Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Jar Sacla Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the Sacla Puttanesca Pasta Sauce over the chicken.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
