Spooky Eyeball Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 8 Taco Shells
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Jar Sacla Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • Black Olives
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Sour Cream

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and Sacla Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce.
  3. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Fill each taco shell with shredded lettuce and the beef mixture.
  5. Create “eyeballs” by placing a slice of black olive on top of each mozzarella ball.
  6. Arrange the mozzarella eyeballs on each taco.
  7. Add sour cream if desired and serve immediately.
