Green Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • ½ Cup Sacla Pesto alla Genovese
  • 1½ Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Stretch the pizza dough into the desired shape.
  3. Spread the Sacla Pesto alla Genovese evenly over the base.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella and pieces of fresh mozzarella.
  5. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is crisp and golden.
  7. Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
